You may have heard that eating more than one egg a day raises cholesterol levels and is bad for you.
But studies have shown that dietary cholesterol isn't much of a problem for most people. Nearly all international nutrition guidelines now remove caps on how many eggs you can eat in a week. In general, unless you have a genetically high blood cholesterol level, you don't need to limit your egg intake.
